Saugerties Soccer Late Registration....

Late registration is only available through the online system.
The Late Registration fee is $50.00


To register follow the instructions below.

Please be sure to follow ALL the instructions. If ALL are not completed, your child will NOT be registered. For a checklist you can complete to be sure you are done, Click Here.


  1. Go to http://www.eayso.org/


  2. Click the "First Time" button and follow prompts to register player.


  3. When done, print 3 copies


  4. Clearly print your child's uniform size at the top of the forms.


  5. Make sure all forms are filled out completely and signed.


  6. Mail all 3 copies along with a check for $50 made out to AYSO 595 to:
    Lorrie Maher
    128 Hilltop Rd.
    Saugerties NY 12477

OR

You can send a self-addressed-stamped-envelope to Lorrie at the address above. She will mail you the forms. You can then fill them out and mail them back with your payment. Be sure to indicate how many forms you need (1 form is needed per child). Be sure to add the extra ounce postage stamp on the return envelope if more than one form is needed.
Also, clearly mark your childs uniform size at the top of the forms.
