Saugerties Soccer Online Registration....

Sorry you missed our in-person sign ups.

Registration is only available through the online system.
The Regular Registration fee is $55.00


To register follow the instructions below.
HINT: Please be sure to follow ALL the instructions. If ALL instructions are not completed, your child will NOT be registered. For a checklist you can complete to be sure you are done, Click Here.



  1. Go to http://www.eayso.org/


  2. Click the "First Time" button and follow prompts to register player.


  3. When done, print 3 copies


  4. Clearly print your child's uniform size at the top of the forms.


  5. Make sure all forms are filled out completely and signed.


  6. Mail all 3 copies along with a check for $55 made out to AYSO 595 to:
    Saugerties AYSO 595
    PO Box 800
    Saugerties NY 12477
*$20 fee for all returned checks

OR

You can send a self-addressed-stamped-envelope to the address above. We will mail you the forms. You can then fill them out and mail them back with your payment. Be sure to indicate how many forms you need (1 form is needed per child). Be sure to add the extra ounce postage stamp on the return envelope if more than one form is needed.
Also, clearly mark your childs uniform size at the top of the forms.
