Saugerties AYSO Soccer Division RulesBelow is a quick glance chart of some of the basic differences between age divisions. You will notice that from U6 - U12 there are less than 11 players on each team. This is called a small-sided game. It was created by the National AYSO and adopted by Saugerties AYSO. Saugerties AYSO believes that the small-sided game is essential for children at this age. The reasons can be read here. For more in depth division regulations, click on the links within the chart.
